Mad Dog Graphx Wins in Three Design Competitions
Anchorage, AK – Mad Dog Graphx has won multiple honors in three recent international design competitions, including the 2013 Davey Awards, Graphic Design USA Awards, and Creativity International Awards.
A logo created for the Anchorage Park Foundation (APF) and annual reports for Anchorage Project Access (APA) and Food Bank of Alaska (FBA) each won gold in the annual international Davey Awards, which honor the achievements of the “creative Davids” who derive their strength from big ideas, rather than stratospheric budgets. Logos for Vitus Energy and TRBONorth each won silver.
Mad Dog won seven Creativity International Awards, including honors for the APF logo, the Vitus logo, two promotional pieces for Pyramid Printing, a holiday poster for Benchmark Construction, a poster series for Alaska Youth Orchestras, and an annual report for FBA. Creativity is one of the longest-running independent international advertising and graphic design competitions in the world.
Annual reports for FBA and APA, the APF logo, Benchmark poster, and a holiday card for Pyramid Printing won 2013 Graphic Design USA Awards, and will appear in the GDUSA Awards Annual in December.
