Mad Dog Graphx Wins Honors in American Graphic Design and Advertising Awards
Anchorage, AK – Mad Dog Graphx won seven honors recently from the American Graphic Design & Advertising Awards and the winning designs will be published later this year in “AGDA 26,” a showcase for the best graphic design and advertising in the United States.
Mad Dog Graphx won the “Best of Category” award for a series of coffee cups designed for West Coast Paper. In addition, Mad Dog was recognized for logo designs it created for the Alaska Primary Care Association and Bowhead Holding Company, for annual reports it produced for Food Bank of Alaska and The Alaska Community Foundation, and for a direct mail promotion for Alaska Stock Images. The design firm was also honored for its pro bono work with Food Bank of Alaska.
Since January, several Mad Dog projects for other clients have already appeared in books devoted to graphic design, including “The Big Book of Green Design,” “Creativity 38,” “The Big Book of Self Promotion,” and the first two books of the new LogoLounge Master Library series, “Initials & Crests” and “Animals & Mythology.”
