MDG Wins Three in 2014 Creativity International Awards

Mad Dog won three honors in the 2014 Creativity International Design and Advertising Awards! Our annual reports for Anchorage Project Access and The Alaska Community Foundation and our “Impact Brochure” for Anchorage Park Foundation all made the cut and will appear in the upcoming Creativity 44 design annual.

Established in 1970, the Creativity International Awards is one of the longest running independent international advertising and graphic design competitions in the world. Thousands of competition entries were submitted from 32 countries and 22 U.S. states this year. So congratulations and thanks again to our outstanding clients!


MDG Wins Six from GDUSA Awards

Mad Dog just won six honors in the 52nd Annual Graphic Design USA Awards! Two of our recent logos were selected, for Neurological Consultants of Alaska and for Quintillion Networks. Three annual reports also won – for Food Bank of Alaska, The Alaska Community Foundation, and Anchorage Project Access. A brochure designed for Anchorage Park Foundation was also chosen.

The winning pieces will appear in GDUSA’s 2014 online gallery and in the magazine’s year-end graphic design annual.

Graphic Design USA is one of the oldest news magazines about graphic design in the United States, and winners in this year’s competition were selected from a field of more than 8,000 entries.


MDG Wins Platinum in 2014 Hermes Creative Awards

Mad Dog just won five honors from the 2014 Hermes Creative Awards! The Hermes recognizes out- standing work by creative professionals while promoting the philanthropic nature of the communications industry. The logo we created for Chignik Lagoon Native Corporation won a Platinum Award. Our logo for Anchorage Park Foundation (APF) won Gold, as did our holiday poster for Benchmark Construction. And our annual report for The Alaska Community Foundation and brochure for APF both received Honorable Mentions. Many thanks and congratulations to all of our award-winning clients!


MDG Wins Five from Communicator Awards

This morning we learned that Mad Dog Graphx won five honors in the 20th Annual Communicator Awards! The Communicator Awards is the leading international creative awards program honoring excellence in advertising, corporate communications, public relations, and identity work for communications professionals. Mad Dog won three Gold Awards for our holiday poster for Benchmark Construction, a brochure for the Anchorage Park Foundation, and our logo for Chignik Lagoon Native Corporation. Mad Dog also won two Silver Awards for our “Animals” ad campaign for Span Alaska Transportation, and for our 2012 annual report for The Alaska Community Foundation. Congratulations to all of our winning clients, and thanks for letting us shine!


Giving Back Through Marketing and Communications
